As we all know, making a living in the music industry becomes more of a challenge every single day. Not only are we expected to write and perform incredible songs, but now, we are also required to provide world class audio recordings and performance videos just to gain the attention of venues, festivals, and concert opportunities. In addition, there are countless social media sites and new promotional tools to setup and maintain the attention of and to expand your fan base. A daunting task for sure! And if that’s not enough to keep you busy, today’s audiences appreciate the opportunity to delve into your creative life, to hear the stories behind your work and to learn more about who you really are as a person and an artist. Welcome to the NEW NORMAL! To help you address some of these issues, I have built RpT’s Library, an audio and video studio dedicated exclusively to supporting your creative journey as a Singer-Songwriter. As a singer-songwriter myself, I designed this facility and related services to fulfill my needs as a songwriter with the following criteria in mind: First, I needed a Library, a place in which to store my literary, musical, artistic, and other reference materials. Second, I wanted a Studio, a place where I could dedicate my time and creative energy to developing my songwriting skills and recording craft while producing my life’s work. In addition, I wanted a place that provides a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere where I can work with other songwriters as co-writers, on their audio recordings, live performance videos, and interviews. And, from time to time we plan to present House Concerts and songwriting seminars. Email me at RpT@tbc-group.com when you are ready to discuss your project. RpT

Over the years we have had three bee hives on our property. Some years we were able to “rob” a couple gallons of honey from a hive or two. Other years, we left the hives alone because the summers were so hot and dry that the bees needed all their honey to feed the hive and keep them strong throughout the winter. We even fed them sugar water in the winter to help them survive.
